2012/2013 Meet Applications are due by 31st December 2011. Information has been emailed to each club via the Wide Bay email system.
You are required to submit the following to lindahodkinson@widebayswimming.org.au ;
A correctly completed Request form, Updated Technical official report detailing you clubs progression in training officials, Meet Flyer and TM file if completed. Also electronic timing hire agreement if applicable.
The forms listed are: SQ Request of Swim Meet Approval Form & Electronic Timing Equipment Hire Agreement
Please check the psych sheet page of this website after noms have closed to report any errors to the race secretary of the hosting club. Any errors need to come through your own club race secretary to the hosting club race secretary within 24 hours of the publication.
Once psych sheets are published all nominations have closed. It is up to the hosting club if they take exhibition swimmers after the psych sheets are published.
