The next quarterly Wide Bay forum is to be held on Sunday 12th February, at the Gympie Conference Centre, Bruce Highway, Gympie.
DIRECTIONS : From the south: Just past the Gympie Golf Course, Fraser Road turns right off the Bruce Highway with access to the Centre being approximately 300 metres on the right.
From the North: From the Bruce Highway turn left at the Woodwork museum into Fraser Rd. Car park entrance is 300m on right.
For catering purposes, please RSVP no later than Thursday 2nd February, advising your club and delegates names and whether you are intending to stay for lunch. As with previous forums at the conference centre Wide Bay Swimming will pay catering costs for the first two delegates from each club to attend the forum. Clubs will need to pay for any additional delegates attending. There is no cost for delegates attending the afternoon workshops (except Managers Course) only so long as their club has been represented in the morning.
It is recommended that the President or Vice President of your Swim Club attend, along with an additional delegate.
For those delegates who may not have attended a quarterly forum before, I encourage you to do so.
